.NET Lead

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Drive modern software engineering practices, DevOps, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and modern software engineering practices.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and technology decisions.
• Ensure applications follow coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • .NET Framework
  • .NET Core / .NET
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • ASP.NET
  • Web API
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build/release automation.
• Strong knowledge of Git and modern source control practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Claude Code
  • Windsurf
• Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (Spec-Driven Development).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.
• Healthcare or enterprise application development experience preferred.
