Role Descriptions:

A .NET Lead is a senior software engineer who guides development teams| shapes technical architecture| and builds scalable applications using technologies like C#| ASP.NET| and .NET Core. They bridge business needs and engineering execution by reviewing code| mentoring junior developers| and setting project standards.

Role Overview Position Type: Full-time / Senior-level individual contributor and team guide Experience Required: Typically 5 to 10 years of software development experience with extensive hands-on expertise in the .NET framework.

Core Focus: Software design| technical team leadership| code quality enforcement| and strategic delivery. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design| write technical specifications| and architect scalable| high-performance distributed systems. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide| mentor| and upskill junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical direction. Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#| .NET Core| and related web technologies| alongside performance tuning and refactoring.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.

Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices| automated testing standards| and continuous integration workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#| .NET Core| ASP.NET| Web API/WCF| and SQL Server or other relational databases.

Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g.| Azure)| Docker| and CI/CD pipelines.

Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication| problem-solving| and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.
