Job Overview:
Pay Range: $62.00hr - $67.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.
- Experience working with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong healthcare domain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Angular and modern front-end development frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
- Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (Spec-Driven Development) methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solution development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.
