What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating remarkable experiences for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead shifts with excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Coach and develop Team Members
• Create shift lineups and manage staffing
• Monitor labor and productivity goals
• Execute food safety and quality standards
• Ensure exceptional hospitality in every guest interaction
• Handle guest recovery and CARES cases professionally
• Maintain operational excellence and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot basic operational issues
• Run smooth transitions between dayparts
• Complete operational checklists
• Count cash drawers and complete end-of-shift procedures
• Foster a positive, encouraging team culture
