What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a loader to move, load, and organize aggregate materials.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.

• Support yard flow by efficiently loading customer and company trucks.

• Monitor material inventory and communicate needs to leadership.

• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard‑free work area.

• Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Successful candidate must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
