What we are looking for

We are seeking a Director - Medical Affairs to provide scientific and strategic leadership across oncology programs. This individual will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), support clinical research and evidence-generation initiatives, drive medical strategy execution, and partner cross-functionally to advance organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead Medical Affairs strategy and execution within oncology.
• Engage and develop relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and research institutions.
• Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and scientific congress activities.
• Provide scientific leadership and insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging clinical data, competitive intelligence, and treatment trends.
• Represent the organization at medical meetings, advisory boards, and conferences.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory and industry standards.

Must Have

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, or equivalent).
• 12+ years of Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research experience.
• 8+ years of oncology experience, preferably in solid tumors.
• Proven experience engaging with KOLs and driving Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical research and treatment landscapes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaborations and strategic projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
