BG Staffing is seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Sleepy Hollow, NY. If you enjoy working with people, closing deals, and helping residents find their perfect home, this is your opportunity to shine in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.

As the face of the community, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

️ Schedule

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekends: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• (Flexible scheduling may apply based on community needs)

What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents and provide professional community tours
• Showcase apartment homes and highlight features, amenities, and benefits
• Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
• Process lease applications and assist with leasing paperwork
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and community offerings
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and energizing personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
