What You'll Be Doing

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and appearance of the community. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Preparing apartments for move-ins (turns/make-readies)
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
• Maintaining grounds and common areas to company standards
• Working closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
• Following safety procedures and maintaining accurate maintenance records

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is reliable, motivated, and experienced in apartment or residential maintenance. Ideal candidates will have:

• Prior experience in apartment or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
• Strong customer service mindset when interacting with residents
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• EPA certification is a plus (but not required, depending on property needs)
