The Export Coordinator manages international shipments, export documentation, and inventory flow to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery to global customers. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Trade Compliance teams to support efficient export operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage export orders, shipments, and inventory using ERP systems.
Coordinate domestic and international freight (air, sea, and land).
Prepare export documentation and ensure trade compliance.
Monitor inventory, shipments, and material flow to prevent delays.
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
Track KPIs, maintain accurate ERP data, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred).
4+ years of experience in Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
Experience with ERP systems and international shipping.
Knowledge of import/export regulations is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
