Summer Intern, E-ZPass Data AnalyticsE-ZPass Customer Service is looking for a Data Analyst intern to join their team! The E-ZPass Customer Service team works closely with customers and non-revenue account holders who use Port Authority bridges and tunnels. Our team's mission is to ensure that customers have a positive experience when contacting us. The team works to successfully resolve any outstanding issues that may occur with E-ZPass accounts and Toll Bills.ResponsibilitiesComplete ad-hoc data analysis tasks ranging from: gathering, cleaning, and validating data outputs using Excel and Oracle SQL.Create Power BI visuals after gathering stakeholders' requirements.Maintain and improve existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or python.Maintain and improve existing team's financial modelCreate various new data collection processesMinimum QualificationsEnrollment at a college or university at the time of the internshipMajor in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.Beginner to intermediate SQL skillsDesired QualificationsProficient in technology and basic Microsoft Office platformsWorking knowledge of databasesSome knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Powe AppsExcellent analytical and research skillsFamiliarity with metrics and KPIs is a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe start date will be Thursday, May 28, 2026The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 21, 2026This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)In accordance with Port Authority policy, this position permits interns to work remotely a maximum of one day per week.
