Operations & Inventory Analyst (Korean/English bilingual)Shift Hour: 2PM – 11PM, Mon – Fri (2nd Shift)Position Responsibilities:Warehouse OperationsLead daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives are achievedConduct shift meetings and communicate operational goals, priorities, and performance expectationsSupervise warehouse associates by providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunitiesMonitor employee attendance, workforce utilization, and staffing requirements while providing recommendations to leadershipEnsure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and customer-specific requirementsIdentify training and cross‑training opportunities to enhance workforce flexibility and performanceSupport continuous improvement initiatives through process audits, quality checks, and operational problem‑solvingAct as a liaison between warehouse associates, customers, and leadership teams to ensure effective communication and executionMonitor warehouse equipment and material handling equipment (MHE) utilization, condition, and operational effectivenessRecommend equipment maintenance, replacement, and operational improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and operational efficiencyInventory & Performance AnalysisAnalyze inventory accuracy, stock movement trends, and warehouse utilization to identify improvement opportunitiesMonitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to minimize inventory adjustmentsTrack and report operational KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and labor efficiencyPerform root cause analysis on inventory variances, operational delays, and service failuresProcess OptimizationIdentify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational excellence initiativesAnalyze workflow, space utilization, and labor allocation to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operating costsPartner with Warehouse Manager to optimize inventory placement and warehouse processesReporting & PlanningDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and warehouse management systemsSupport labor planning and staffing recommendations based on operational volume trends and productivity analysisReview customer requirements and operational data to identify risks and develop action plansJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or requisite experience3+ years of warehouse operations, inventory control, or supervisory experience in a distribution environmentExperience analyzing operational KPIs and inventory reportsSkills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamworkEmphasis on safety is extremely importantFamiliarity with warehouse management systemsUnderstanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with MHEIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functionsBilingual in Korean / English#J-18808-Ljbffr
