We produce and market high-quality solutions based on collagen, ß-TCP, hydroxyapatite and hyaluronic acid.We are seeking an Operations & Inventory Specialist (part-time, 25 to 30 hrs per week) to join our team in Wake Forest, NC, at the earliest possible start date.The position You support our daily operations with a focus on inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with our Operations and Inventory Department in Germany and coordinate with external warehouses. You ensure smooth workflows, maintain accurate stock levels, and help execute orders efficiently and on time.With your structured, reliable, and hands‑on approach, you contribute to effective operations and support our overall business objectives.Enter and process customer orders in Shopify accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor inventory levels regularly and ensure alignment with defined minimum stock levelsTrack and reconcile inventory, including field stock and external warehouse inventoryProactively communicate reorder needs and potential shortagesCoordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and warehouse partnersEnsure orders and shipments are executed on time and follow up on delaysCreate and manage purchase orders in alignment with managementTrack supplier confirmations and delivery timelinesInform relevant stakeholders in advance about incoming shipmentsSupport invoicing processes in coordination with financeSupport documentation, SOP execution, and operational processes (including QARA-related support where applicable)Assist with general operational tasks (e.g., inventory counting, shipping documentation, returns handling)Provide customer call coverage and administrative support as neededYour profile Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory managementStructured and detail-oriented working styleStrong organizational and coordination skills, hands‑on and proactive mindset and strong communication skills.Ability to work independently in a small team environmentExperience with systems such as Shopify, Excel, and ERP/accounting toolsBasic understanding of finance processesIT affinity and data consistency awareness environmentWhat we offer 401(k)Health insuranceFlexible work environment and scheduleHigh ownership and responsibility from day one#J-18808-Ljbffr
