This role supports production, warehouse, and shipping functions by managing order flow, resolving issues, and maintaining data accuracy within ERP systems. The OFR plays a critical role in meeting customer expectations and supporting operational efficiency.What You'll Be DoingProcess and manage customer orders from entry through shipmentCoordinate with production, scheduling, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor order status and proactively communicate delays or issuesValidate order accuracy, including quantities, part numbers, and shipping detailsSupport inventory accuracy by reconciling discrepancies and reporting issuesGenerate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirementsTrack and report key metrics such as on-time delivery and order accuracyProactively coordinate and communicate with CSR's and Planners to address orders which do or do not fit in with the current production plans.Responsible to see orders are fulfilled as customer expects.Monitors and expedites items needed for customer orders.Determine and follow-up on dispatch shortages.Identifies when other team members, or others outside the team, are needed for assistance to satisfy all customer needs.Review and understand impact of Engineering Changes (EC) on inventory and customer orders.Coordinate short lead-time customer orders with operations teams. "Negotiate" win-win situations for delivery of product to customer needs that fits the operating capacity to deliver.Promotes quality and continuous improvement.Coordinate stop order process.Adhere to all safety policies and wear required PPEPerform housekeeping duties along with provisional standards meeting 5-S requirements.Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing departmental and plant goals.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.What We're Looking ForRequirements:High school diploma or GED required3–5 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or manufacturing supportStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentEffective advanced and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent professional communication skillsAdvanced Excel skillsDrive for resultsPreferred qualifications –Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with ERP systems preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsOccasional walking within warehouse or production areasAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.
