Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.Strive for flawless execution and accountability.Act with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address concerns and escalate as appropriate.Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and teammates.Embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively and respectfully, and achieve team goals.Move with speed and agility in all duties.Innovate and adapt to move as fast as the world around us.Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.Members Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.Resolve and deescalate to address member concerns.Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for members.Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, CleanClub Standards Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily.Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI space.Bin storage to organize member orders based on gold standards; storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained per safety standards.Know Your Business Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact on the business.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list, using a handheld RF scanner to pull and verify orders, and moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and note expired or short-dated items on the pick list.Communicate with club team when merchandise needs replenishment.Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve areas to avoid on-floor replenishment.Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.Work with urgency to meet deadlines and performance metrics.Follow operational processes and SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.Take responsibility for individual performance and coordinate with leadership when metrics are not met.Securely package orders according to SOPs.Maintain the SFC area: neat, clean, organized; perform housekeeping; handle damaged or spoiled goods per SOPs.Process returns and determine handling method (DDR or Membership desk).Maintain all club policies, including dress code standards.Meet Omni productivity expectations regarding service levels, metrics, and goals.Perform other duties as assigned, including other departments as needed.Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred.Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.Previous RF scanner experience preferred.Job Conditions Mostly moving about on hard surfaces; may need to bend, climb, crawl, reach, and handle/pull items.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds; may require lifting more with assistance.Typically in a warehouse environment with loud equipment; occasional exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.Occasional exposure to cleaning agents.In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range. The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $19.50.
