Job DescriptionLocation: Medina Forest Meadows Buehler's Fresh Foods, 275 Forest Meadows, Medina, Ohio, United States of AmericaOVERNIGHT GROCERY LEAD: Hourly Lead Person in the Grocery Department responsible for direct supervision of the back door, backroom, and sales floor during the early AM stock shift. Primary duties include working with the Department's midnight stockers and support crew to ensure the Department is stocked and merchandised as specified. Emphasis on distributing work within the Department, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, and housekeeping. Secondary duties involve related activities as required, including an Aisle Clerk's responsibility for a designated section within the Department.Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hrs a week, primarily nights and early AM shifts.Previous Work Experience: Prefer a Senior Aisle Clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities or potential to succeed.Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#, occasional lifting to 80#.Other Work Considerations: Leadership skills; organizational ability; able to work well with minimal supervision; reliable, dependable, on time and rarely absent.Benefits: Click here to check out the GREAT benefits we offer!!!We are an equal opportunity employer.
