POSITION TITLE: Career and Technical Education (CTE) Counselor Stipend

LOCATION: Brooke High School

QUALIFICATIONS: Holds a valid teaching certificate, with three years successful teaching experience. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the administration may find appropriate and acceptable.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in Career Counseling.
• Work with high school students.
• Must be available to attend all summer conferences.
• Experience in planning career fairs.
• Knowledge of NOCTI testing.
• Promotes community partnerships.
• Placing and tracking of student internships and work experience.
• Attends and participates in CTE PLC.
• Organize and schedule middle school CTE program visits.

Term of Employment: 200 days

Salary: $5,000.00 from CTE Perkins Funds.

Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits

package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
