Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Perform aircraft structural repairs and modifications on B-52 aircraft
- Work with sheet metal, drilling, riveting, sealing, and structural installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals
- Use aircraft structural tools such as rivet guns, drills, countersink cages, and torque wrenches
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical and structural components
- Assist with inspections, maintenance activities, and component replacements
- Follow safety procedures including FOD prevention and Lock Out/Tag Out requirements
- Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, and support team operations as needed
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with non-porous metals such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel
- Minimum 1+ years of experience interpreting schematics, specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures
- Experience using aircraft structural hand tools including drills, pancake adapters, hole finders, countersink cages, and rivet guns
- Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required certifications and training
