Not a creative director, not a brand strategist — a reliable craftsperson who can take a clear vision, turn it into footage and finished video, and hit the deadline every single week.Here's how it works: our Chief Innovator sets the creative direction and approves the final edited videos. You own everything in between — the field shoots, the talent coordination, the editor coordination, the file organization, and the handoff to our social media coordinator.
