Part-Time Server Positions

We're currently recruiting for part-time server positions near Asheville! You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service, including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a service-mindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests.

Schedule:

• Open availability for both morning shifts and evening shifts
• Not a set schedule
• 6:45am-8pm
• Weekend availability a must

Evening/Weekend shift options

Interaction and relationship building with residents

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to independent living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.
• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.
• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.
• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience
• Must be available to work in either independent living or assisted living
