MedStar Women's Health is seeking qualified Women's Certified Nurse Midwife to join our regional service line. We have a need at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Minimal Qualifications 

Education 

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nurse-Midwifery required 

Experience 

• 1-2 years Clinical nurse midwife experience required 

Licenses and Certifications 

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the State of Maryland and/or in the District of Columbia required or 

• MIDWIFE - Nurse Midwife - Licensed in the State of Maryland and/or in the District of Columbia required and 

• AC-CRN-Midwife MBON - ACCRNMID and 

• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and 

• Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit. 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities 

• Verbal and written communication skills. 

• Basic computer skills preferred. 

 

This position has a hiring range of : USD $57,500.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
