Parts & Service Advisor – SANY America"Hiring People that Want to Do Something Wonderful"The OpportunityAs a part of the America's team, SANY is looking to recruit an experienced Parts & Service Advisor who serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership's service and parts departments. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, scheduling service work, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & CommunicationGreet customers in person and over the phone, listen to their needs, and provide professional guidance on parts and service options.Advise customers on required maintenance, recommended services, and available parts.Provide accurate cost estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service process.Parts Department SupportAssist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts.Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, parts availability, and supplier options.Service Department CoordinationSchedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.Create and maintain repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer concerns, technician findings, and completed work.Monitor job progress, follow up on delays, and keep customers informed.Sales & Business GrowthPromote dealership service packages, seasonal promotions, and value‑added products.Support upselling of parts and accessories that improve equipment performance and longevity.Build long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.QualificationsPrevious experience in parts, service, or customer support roles (equipment, automotive, agriculture, or related industry preferred).Knowledge of mechanical and technical equipment (construction, agricultural, or related machinery a strong asset).Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Strong computer skills; dealership management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.CompensationCompensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
