Our company creates these partnerships through communication, continuous improvement, transparency, and doing the right thing.Job SummaryThe Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for working with Transportation and Rental Specialists as well as the Shop Supervisor to manage the shipping and receiving of material in the Customer Service Center. The Parts Warehouse Specialist will store and retrieve parts in the warehouse with a great focus and attention to detail.General Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport all team areas (Sales, Parts, Rental, and Service) in shipping and receiving activities and provide effective schedulingOrganize paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completionReceive and stock parts, locate new parts, relocate parts when necessary for space requirementsPromote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" and ensure we are customers', vendors', and associates' indispensable partnerEducational/Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentOne year of material handling and/or shipping and receiving experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationThe ProLift TeamOur associates have the opportunity for personal and professional growth as well as a long-term career.
