We're a real estate investment company in growth mode across northern New England, and we're looking for a steady, skilled videographer to handle our content pipeline part-time. Not a creative director, not a brand strategist, a reliable craftsperson who can take a clear vision, turn it into footage and finished videos, and deliver on schedule, every week. Here's how the role works: our Chief Innovator sets the creative direction and signs off on the final edited videos. You handle everything in between: the field shoots, the talent coordination, the editor coordination, the file organization, and the handoff to our social media coordinator. You're the consistent set of hands that keeps the pipeline organized and moving without drama.What you bring:Solid videography skills; a portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful workA reliable vehicle and a willingness to put miles on itStrong organizational habits; files named with consistency, deadlines tracked, nothing falls throughClear, professional communication with editors and the social media coordinatorComfort working solo for long stretches and building easy rapport with subjectsThe kind of dependability that means we don't have to follow up to find out if something got doneWhat we're not asking for:Editing. This will be handled externally — your job is to brief them well and coordinate revisions as neededStrategic input on brand directionA 9-to-5 schedule. This is part-time and field-based, built around the shoot list and the delivery calendarReporting:You'll work directly with our Chief Innovator. We give clear direction; you take it and run. Once you know the rhythm of how we work, bring us your ideas — but we need someone good at moving on once a call is made.Compensation & Logistics:$20–$25/hour depending on experience, roughly 15–20 hours/weekPart-time W-2 employee, no benefitsMileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rateTravel across NH, MA, and ME is required — your own reliable vehicle is a mustResponsibilities:Travel across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine to shoot with our team — investors, property managers, employees, contractors, deal-makers — capturing the work as it happensTranslate the creative brief into footage that fits the visionPass clear, organized notes in an Edit Brief to our external editors on which clips, cuts, and CG to useTrack the edit pipeline so a set number of finished videos are ready each weekKeep the file and asset library tidy and well-labeledHand off approved videos to our social media coordinator on a reliable scheduleQualifications:Demonstrated videography skills with a portfolio of clean, thoughtful work (school projects, freelance, or personal work all welcome)Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across NH, MA, and MEStrong organizational habits — comfortable managing files, tracking deadlines, and keeping a production calendar tidyClear, professional written communication — able to write and edit briefs that an external editor can follow without back-and-forthComfortable working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with new people on shootsDependable and follow-through oriented — the kind of person who closes loops without being askedAvailable 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can flex around shoot daysCompensation:$20 – $25 hourly#J-18808-Ljbffr
