Ability to serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and staff Key Responsibilities: ~ Lead and manage the delivery of patient care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards ~ Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development and optimal patient outcomes ~ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized patient care plans ~ Ensure precise and timely documentation of patient care and progress ~ Conduct regular audits of patient records and care plans for quality assurance ~ Serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination ~ Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
