Payroll/AP Analyst

Austin Oaks is hiring a Payroll/AP Analyst to accurately process payroll and accounts payable ensuring compliance with all company payroll and accounts payable policies and procedures across multiple facilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage the bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Print payroll reports for management.
• Manages accounts payable from invoice coding, to data entry to check printing.
• Process bank deposits and cash allocation.

Qualifications: Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related. Experience can be substituted for education. Experience: 2 yrs experience in accounting, finance, or related Skills: Will be working with Workday, UKG
