Job Description

Payroll Processing Associate

Contract: 1+ Year
Pay: $18.00-$18.80/hour

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • Shift between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Must be flexible to work the full shift
  • Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required with advance notice
Job Duties
  • Process payroll transactions and manual check requests
  • Enter and maintain payroll data accurately
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding payroll issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Access, and internal payroll systems (training provided)
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Access skills
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Payroll experience is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Flexible to work additional hours as needed
