🔥 Pile Driving Foreman - Drive Piles. Lead Crews. Build Big

A well-established marine construction contractor is looking for an experienced Pile Driver Foreman to lead field crews on marine, waterfront, foundation, and pile-driving projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a pile-driving crew, operate safely around heavy equipment and marine environments, and keep projects moving from mobilization through completion.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate pile-driving crews in the field
• Lead installation of timber, steel, concrete, and other foundation piles
• Direct daily production and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Operate and work around pile-driving equipment, cranes, excavators, and other heavy equipment
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, equipment operators, and subcontractors
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping
• Train and mentor crew members
• Troubleshoot field conditions and communicate issues to project leadership
• Maintain accurate daily reports and production records
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of pile-driving or marine construction experience
• Previous experience leading a pile-driving crew or serving as a Foreman
• Strong understanding of pile-driving operations and equipment
• Experience with marine, waterfront, bridge, foundation, or heavy civil construction
• Ability to read plans and understand pile layouts and elevations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
