If so, we'd love to connect!We're seeking a Planner/Scheduler III to support a diverse portfolio of major energy infrastructure projects , including offshore, onshore oil & gas, gas distribution, and underground storage initiatives.Travel: Occasional travel to Canada may be required.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain detailed Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6Build schedules from scope, including WBS, logic, durations, milestones, layouts, and filtersIntegrate contractor schedules into a master project schedulePerform schedule analysis and provide real-time updates to project execution teamsSupport full project lifecycle scheduling from planning through execution and closeoutMonitor schedule performance, critical path, earned value, and project progressIntegrate schedules with project cost tools (EcoSys preferred)Generate reports for schedule, resources, and cost performanceResource load labor, materials, and non-labor activitiesCollaborate with engineering, construction, legal, land, environmental, government relations, and contractor teamsWe're Looking For5-10 years of project scheduling experience (no more than 10 years)Advanced Primavera P6 experienceExperience supporting capital projects from initiation through completionExperience integrating multiple schedules into a master scheduleStrong analytical skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and identify schedule risksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-starter who proactively follows up and drives work forwardPreferred ExperienceOil & Gas capital projectsGas distribution or pipeline projectsUnderground storage projectsOffshore projects (preferred but not required)Regulatory project experienceEarned Value Management (EVM)FERC regulatory experience (nice to have)Technical Experience PreferredDevelop Level 4 schedules from project scopeCreate WBS, task logic, durations, layouts, and filtersResource loading in Primavera P6Generate S-CurvesMaintain resource assignment toolsProduce schedule, resource, and cost reportsIntegrate third-party schedules into enterprise master schedulesInterview ProcessTop candidates should expect a hands-on Primavera P6 assessment where you'll build and update a project schedule in a live P6 environment.We'd Love to Hear From Professionals Who Have:Built and managed complex project schedules in P6Supported engineering and construction teams on major capital projectsWorked in regulated energy, pipeline, or infrastructure environmentsIntegrated contractor schedules into enterprise master schedulesPartnered with multiple stakeholders to proactively drive project executionInterested?Apply today or send me a direct message with your resume.
