Practice Highlights / Qualifications- Round-and-go behavioral health model
- Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Collaborate with care teams to develop treatment plans
- Provide follow-up and continuity of care
- Active PMHNP or Psychiatric PA license in Indiana required
- Must be able to practice and bill independently
- DEA license preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills required
- Passion for caring for older adults preferred
