Porsche Host / Guest Experience Specialist

Porsche Huntington is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porsche Host / Guest Experience Specialist. As we move into our brand-new Generation 5 facility, we are looking for someone who will create an exceptional first impression and deliver a world-class experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

This role is ideal for someone with hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, customer service, or guest relations experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Create a welcoming, premium experience for every customer and visitor
• Assist with directing guests to the appropriate departments and personnel
• Ensure customer waiting and reception areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
• Offer beverages and assist with guest comfort and accommodations when appropriate
• Maintain awareness of showroom activity and assist with guest flow
• Support customer events, dealership activities, and special functions
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries as needed
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Porsche brand
• Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, customer service, or guest relations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
• Weekend availability may be required
• Basic computer skills preferred
