Experiential Marketing Manager

The Experiential Marketing Manager is the mastermind behind the moments people remember. From high-energy consumer events to meaningful ambassador meetups and grassroots activations, this role brings the Giant, Liv, Momentum, and CADEX brands to life in real-world, real-fun ways.

Events & Brand Activations

  • Lead the strategic planning, production, and execution of Giant USA's experiential calendar, including consumer demos, retailer activations, industry trade shows, and lifestyle partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product, retail, and sales teams to ensure event alignment with launch schedules and regional sales priorities.
  • Oversee logistics, booth design, staffing, and on-site execution with an eye for operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Develop measurement and ROI frameworks to track success and optimize future experiences.
  • Own pre-, during-, and post-event customer journey strategy to increase impact and data capture.
  • Explore emerging experiential trends and technologies to keep activations fresh and high-impact.

Ambassador & Grassroots Programs

  • Manage national and regional ambassador programs, from recruitment and onboarding, communications, and performance tracking.
  • Develop toolkits and seasonal activation campaigns to empower local brand champions who live and breathe the lifestyle.
  • Build authentic relationships with athletes, influencers, and community organizers to expand brand reach in meaningful ways.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to amplify ambassador content across owned and earned channels.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to maximize the impact of global athletes and ambassadors for the US market.
  • Establish KPIs for engagement, content creation, and community impact.

Internal & Corporate Events

  • Coordinate and support internal meetings, brand summits, and partner-facing events hosted by Giant USA.
  • Serve as the lead for key corporate events, such as leadership training, retail summits, and hospitality programming surrounding major races or conferences.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Budget Management:

  • Serve as the internal expert on best practices in experiential brand marketing.
  • Partner with Creative, Digital, Product, Demo, and Retail Marketing teams to align experiential activations with brand storytelling.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event production, staffing, and logistics services.
  • Track and reconcile budgets, ensuring all projects hit financial and delivery targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential, event, or brand marketing, ideally in outdoor, action sports, or active lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex activations simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of cycling culture and industry is a major plus.
  • Experience with ambassador, grassroots, or influencer programs is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and natural relationship-builder.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends and non-traditional hours.
  • Proficient in event management software, CRM platforms, and budgeting tools.

Status: Exempt full-time position

Travel: Domestic 30% - 60%

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
