Functions include: opening mail, checking in files, stacking, DDH, and responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation, state specific standards, and compliance deadlines per client direction.
Key Responsibility Areas- Audit/Quality control as per Lender provided guidelines
- Timely delivery of closed residential loan files to various lenders for funding
- Check-in closed files into computer system with accuracy
- Stack and audit closed loan files up to 300 pages
- Ability to understand all recordable documents and to identify them
- Ability to handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email
- Ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment
- Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail are crucial
- Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid alpha numeric data entry skills
