Responsibilities

· Newborn care and supervision

· Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support

· Diapering, bathing, swaddling, burping and soothing

· Establishing healthy sleep routines

· Overnight newborn care

· Support mothers during postpartum recovery

· Provide emotional support to new parents

· Prepare and sterilize bottles

· Baby laundry and nursery organization

· Light housekeeping related to mother and baby

· Document each visit

· Communicate with parents and the Milenis care team

Qualifications

Required

· Passion for supporting mothers and newborns

· Compassionate and dependable

· Excellent communication skills

· Valid Driver's License

· Reliable Transportation

· Authorized to Work in the United States

· Pass Florida Level 2 Background Screening

Preferred

· Postpartum Doula Certification

· Newborn Care Specialist Certification

· HHA or CNA Certification

· Infant CPR & First Aid

· Breastfeeding support experience

· Experience caring for newborns or postpartum mothers

· English required; Spanish or Creole is a plus

Child supervision and safety

Personal care assistance

Feeding assistance

Age-appropriate play and developmental activities

Homework support

Transportation to appointments

Medication reminders (as permitted)

Accurate visit documentation

Support children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, developmental delays, physical disabilities, and other special healthcare needs

Qualifications

Required:

Passion for working with children

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pass Level 2 Background Screening

Preferred:

HHA or CNA certification

CPR & First Aid

Experience with special needs children

Experience in childcare, education, ABA therapy, pediatric therapy, or pediatric healthcare

English required; Spanish or Creole is a plus

Service Area

Assignments throughout West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Greenacres, Palm Springs, Lake Clarke Shores, Haverhill, Mangonia Park, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach, and Royal Palm Beach. Whenever possible, caregivers are matched close to home.
