["PreK BASE Site Coordinator","PreK BASE Site Coordinator"]

The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District has anticipated openings for two (2) Site Coordinators to work in the PreK BASE Program.

Responsibilities:

- Main contact for parents/families

- Work with Central Office for all payments & communicating late payment

- Communicate with families regarding payments, behavioral issues or conflicts

- Help with scheduling staff

- Responsible for weekly events (craft & supplies, games, sports etc.)

- Oversees daily operations of PreK BASE

Job Type: Part time - up to 25 hours per week

Job Hours: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM and 12:00 PM - 5 pm; half days are 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM; shifts may vary and are assigned by the BASE Director

**Monday through Friday

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a preschool or education setting
CPR certification

Proficiency in Excel

Knowledge of Google (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) to facilitate use of the online calendar

Supervisory experience preferred
