Prep Cook

Prepare and portion fresh ingredients for daily meals

Wash, chop, slice, and organize food for service

Assist cooks with meal preparation and cooking tasks

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe

Follow recipes, production lists, and food safety standards

Restock stations and help keep the kitchen running smoothly

Pitch in to serve guests during lunch service when needed

Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding meals

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-2 PM

Pay Type: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences

Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP)

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
