Prep Cook - Irving, TX

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a hard-working, full-time prep cook to join our dedicated team at a vibrant 7-day private school in Irving, TX. Join a team of dedicated chefs and culinary talent who appreciate the importance of preparing and serving a great meal! Make a positive impact on students at one of the top independent schools in the country. The job also requires helping put away deliveries and assisting in next days prep.

Schedule:

• Monday - Sunday
• 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Summers off

Pay Type:

$18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

What You'll Do:

• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
• Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What You'll Need:

• Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
