Prep Cook (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join Main Event Caterers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring ingredients are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution for high-profile events.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Food preparation.
• Station setup.
• Support for culinary team.
• Quality control.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Other duties may be assigned based on the business demands.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event-based work.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
