Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage freshly made prep recipes daily
- Ensure company food preparation specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
- Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
- Uphold cleanliness of workstation
- Support in all areas of the kitchen
Key Requirements- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset
- Impeccable attention to detail

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
