Our growing food trailer is looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our team!

Position: Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
• Wash, chop, and organize food items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup
• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized

Requirements:

• Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Part-time hours available (a few hours per week)
