4 Charles Prime Rib is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Prep Cook ($21 -$22/hr) to join our team! Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group. • Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by the chefs.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings, accurately by weight, and execute recipes exactly as written in the recipe index.
• Make sure all food is properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Assist chefs in food preparation and attend to any culinary tasks that arise.
• Monitor temperatures of food and walk-in coolers.
• Accept or reject items and ingredients from suppliers.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and disinfected kitchen.
• Wash, chop and sort ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products and meats.
• Track ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen and management staff to order replenishment.
• Unload and properly store deliveries.

They also believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized. - Must have 1+ years minimum kitchen experience. - Must have availability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays. - Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - Must enjoy an active, athletic role. - Must be positive, collaborative and committed to healthy communication and quality work - Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold busy work environment
