Job Description

El Preparadors (Prep Cooks) - Are the heart of our kitchens. They are responsible for providing the best flavor in each taco and menu item that reaches our guests' palate. Your responsibilities will include…

• Prepare ingredients and menu item components daily to maximize efficiency and assist co-workers with other required prep duties when needed.
• Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure the work station is always clean and organized.
• Constantly monitor and maintain food temperature pursuant to Station Temp Log, before, during and after service.
• Follow the direction of the Chefs, always striving to exceed expectations

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Prep or Line Cook.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Clean and organized with an understanding of DOH standards.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn, take direction and work in a team environment
