Prep Cook/Server

This position will begin between the end of July and the first week of August 2026, following the school calendar.

SAGE Dining Services® is looking for reliable Prep Cooks to join our team at a beautiful private school. As part of our team, you will prepare scratch-cooked meals that are exciting, nutritious, and sustainable. We offer continuous training to help you advance within our organization.

• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.
• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
• Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
• Assist in training new culinary Team Members.
• Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.

• Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
• Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
• Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
• Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
