Essential Duties:- Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation
- Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer
Position RequirementsJob Requirements:- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
