Express Employment is seeking prep/line cooks for local wellness hotel in Butler, PA!
Job Duties Include:
- Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring per recipes.
- Cook using methods like grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking. Assemble and plate dishes to restaurant standards.
- Keep workstations clean and organized, ensuring proper storage and food safety.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and reduce waste.
- Monitor food quality and report issues.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Help track inventory and notify of shortages.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned, including dishwashing and receiving deliveries
- Varies; MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY!
- Full or Part time available!
- $17.00-19.00/hr (dependent on experience)
