We are seeking a Pricing & Analytics Analyst to support a high-impact commercial team focused on developing pricing strategies for spinal implant products. This individual will play a key role in shaping customer-facing contract pricing by leveraging data-driven insights, benchmarking, and financial modeling. The role goes beyond transactional support-this team partners closely with field sales to evaluate pricing scenarios, influence deal strategy, and optimize margins while maintaining competitiveness for hospital customers.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and comfortable working with tools such as Excel and Power BI to build and interpret pricing models, while also understanding the limitations of these tools and applying critical thinking in ad hoc scenarios. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as this individual will regularly engage with field sales teams-often navigating challenging conversations to influence pricing decisions without acting as a blocker. This team is focused on reducing pricing erosion, improving margins, and ensuring strategic alignment across regions.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where analysts are aligned to specific regions but contribute to national coverage. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can work independently, manage a high-volume queue, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in an analytical capacity, particularly within pricing, financial, or commercial analytics, who is eager to make a direct impact on business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role (pricing, financial, or commercial analytics preferred)
- Strong analytical skillset with ability to derive insights from data and influence business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with pricing strategy, benchmarking, or financial modeling
- Experience building and interpreting pricing models/calculators
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
