Principal Reporting Analyst

This Reporting Analyst will join the Commercial and Private Banking Platform Support & Release Engineering organization, working alongside the support teams to help use data and organizational planning to drive improved support across all Commercial and Private Banking systems. This position will perform data analysis around incidents, help to develop and maintain roadmaps for the organization, build and organize executive briefings, and aid in general analysis needs.

Once here, you will:

• Develop enterprise reporting capabilities and build reports for use across the organization
• Identify areas of opportunity through reporting, to include automation and process enhancement
• Aid in the development of briefings for executive management
• Aggregate data from multiple sources for analysis, including data extract, cleanse, and profile

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years with Scaled Agile Framework (or equivalent)
• 3+ years in a Large Financial Institution performing in an IT capacity
• 3+ years supporting SDLC
• 2+ Years specific experience with Jira, Confluence and similar tools and methodologies
• 5+ years of hands-on Excel & PowerPoint experience
• Pivot tables, macro creation, and graph creation
• Masterful Storytelling
• Concise Information Organization
• Effective Data Visualization

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field
