A key role supporting the entire product lifecycle, from proposal and product development strategy alignment to on-site commissioning, by creating critical process design documentation and capitalizing on performance data for continuous improvement.

• Development of Process Data Sheet (PDS) and Process Design Related document under the supervision and validation by Design Authority of Process Design
• Proposal support: develop the relevant document, e.g. Process Data Sheet / Plant Performance Data sheet etc, for the inquiry by procurement and reviewing / clarification of its performance.
• Product Development support: align the product concept / strategy with Product Team (in the same Product Line) and issue the relevant document for the inquiry / other engineering activities. Also to keep maintained with the product team during the product life cycle.
• Support commissioning activity (esp for key / new product), and capitalization of the performance via the commissioning / industrial operational data, to continuously improve the efficiency of the plants

Experiences in the same / similar industry; plant engineering / EPC company.

Experiences in the field of process design / simulation etc.

Experience in the field of Process Control

Experience of the starting up of the plant

High level understanding of relevant code / regulation (e.g. High Pressure Gas Safety Act)

Experience of facility engineering with semiconductor customer

Software skill: Process simulation software e.g. ASPEN Hysys, Pro II.

Master degree in related field
