Description

Location: Franklin, Tennessee *MUST ALREADY LIVE IN NASHVILLE, TN AREA- ROLE IS NOT OPEN TO RELOCATION*

We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Specialist to manage our end-to-end logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between productionforecasting and customer fulfillment while optimizing vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee material planning, warehousing, and logistics in lockstep with leadership to consistently meet production forecasts and customer demands.
  • Supervise the assembly of component kits to directly support and fuel the Assembly department's production needs.
  • Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations to agilely adapt to fluctuating market demands and drive continuous supplier development.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams to procure specialized parts and materials for rapid product development and custom projects.
  • Manage inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure the seamless, timely fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Maintain rigorous inventory control and accuracy utilizing SAP, physical counts, and proactive discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Leverage SAP and Excel to generate data-driven reports, unlocking insights for ongoing supply chain optimization.
  • Oversee incoming quality inspections and manage external processing services to promptly resolve any quality or non-conformance issues.
  • Provide top-tier service and prompt, transparent communication to all internal customers and external vendors.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • High proficiency in SAP (or similar robust ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
  • Negotiation tactics, sharp analytical thinking, and a knack for process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and external vendor teams.
