Responsibilities

Responsibilities of our production positions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must be able to identify all cuts of meat and product specifications.
• Must know all box sizes.
• Must be able to pull, push, and bend throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to work at a consistent pace.
• Employees are responsible for following food safety requirements and good manufacturing practices.
• Employees must use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be trained in and understand all associated safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assigned work in other areas as needed.

This is a safety-sensitive position. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
