We are proud to say that we have been ranked #3 on the Washington Business Journal's 2026 Corporate Diversity Index, and have earned a top 5 spot for the past five years.ResponsibilitiesComplete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Production Control Coordinator (PCC) to provide crucial administrative support in Manassas, VA.This role involves:Managing service requests, maintaining the CMMS, dispatching technicians, scheduling subcontractors, collecting visit reports, and interfacing with customersAdditionally, the PCC handles general office tasks such as time-sheettracking, product purchasing, and maintaining records as necessaryResponsibilities also include project administration, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on facility maintenance activities. The PCC must attend monthly financial review meetings.Shift hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PMSalary $35.27 per hourQualificationsMust be able to pass and maintain US Capitol Police background checkRequires 5+ years' experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial trackingMust support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accountsGeneral understanding of maintenance operations is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions requiredPrevious NetSuite experience is a plusProject tracking software experienceProficiency with TMA Systems CMMSCandidate must be a high school graduate or equivalentExcellent written and oral (English) communication skillsEOE, including disability/veterans#J-18808-Ljbffr
